The dataset can be used to assess the spatial distribution of vulnerability of the urban fabric to floods based on individual specific characteristics that are statistically associated with vulnerability including underground garage ramps (UGR), light wells (LW), the construction material (MATERIAL), the presence of pilotis (PLT), the number of adjoining buildings on the side of each building (ADJ).
