Samples for phytoplankton pigments in the water column were selected at 3 discrete points/stations in the Cretan Sea, during an oceanographic cruise conducted in April 2025 under the CLIMPACT project. Data include phytoplankton pigments analyses from 6 discrete depths at each station.
